REFUND POLICY
IN-STORE RETURN INFORMATION
Returns for refunds are avilable within 10 days of the purchase date*
Returns for exchanges or store credit are available within 30 days of the purchase date*
*Excludes Rolex, Custom Orders and Shipping Fees
In order to receive a refund or exchange:
-Items(s) must be returned in its original condition
-The item(s) cannot have been worn, sized, changed, or altered in any way
-If the item(s) was a special order, the item(s) is not eligible for return
-If applicable, box and papers must be with the item(s) in their original condition, unaltered from their original state
Please make sure you bring the following to receive your refund/exchange:
- The original receipt
- The original credit card/debit card that was used for the purchase. If you paid by cash, a company cheque will be made out to you. This may take up to 5 business days to process.
- If you received a gift certificate or any gift with purchase, please return with the item(s).
ONLINE RETURN INFORMATION
The above return policy information applies to online purchases. The return policy will start based on the date the item(s) is received and signed for by the client. Notice of return or exchange must be provided within the above time frame for the return policy to be valid. Notice may be given by calling our store at 519-663-1110 or writing us an email. Returns or exchanges can be done in-store or through a shipping service that provides a tracking number. All shipping fees associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the client.
